What about a State Forest and a State Wildlife Area? What makes our wildlife areas special is that hunting and trapping are allowed on almost all of their acreage. Not only is hunting and trapping allowed\, but it really is encouraged. In fact\, Wisconsin Wildlife Areas are actually managed in part to provide visitors with positive hunting and trapping experiences.
