If you wish to purchase a Wisconsin trapping license and trap in Wisconsin, you must first complete the Wisconsin trapper education course either in-person or online.

The Wisconsin DNR and Wisconsin Cooperative Trapper Education Program will be hosting a 2-day, in person course at Crex Meadows State Wildlife Area on August 16th and 17th. This course will run all day on Saturday and most of the day on Sunday. A full agenda will be sent to you upon enrollment.

The fee for this course is $20.
