Crex Meadows is home to the largest population of Sharp-tailed Grouse in Wisconsin. These charismatic birds are present year-round, but springtime is when they are participating in their mating rituals- which is a viewing opportunity you WON’T want to miss! Join us for an informational talk to learn more about these interesting birds, tips for viewing, and how the WI DNR manages their population in our area.
