Crex Meadows Wildlife Education and Visitor Center

 

 

Pack up the family for a day of wildlife adventure at Crex Meadows!

Free Bus Tours: Buses leave from the Education Center at  11am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm for a 90 minute tour of Crex.  Tour guides explain the history and management of the property and allow plenty of time for wildlife viewing.

 

Special Tours:  An extra long bus tour leaving at 10 am for an in-depth three hour exploration of the wildlife area which includes some walking, and a one hour, sunrise tour for sandhill crane viewing leaving at 7 am.  Both tours leave from the Education Center. 

 

Food:  The Friends of Crex will sell brats, burgers, and snacks throughout the day.
